Stephen Larrabee joined the STBC team in February 2010. Prior to joining the team, Mr. Larrabee spent the last eleven years implementing and managing large scale development programs in the former Soviet Republics focusing on economic development, education and rule of law.

Mr. Larrabee also worked for over five years for two Fortune 500 companies in the Aerospace industry and is a graduate of the George Washington University Law school (J.D.), the George Washington University Business School (M.B.A.) and the University of Massachusetts (B.B.A). Stephen is a former Peace Corp volunteer, currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Junior Achievement Uzbekistan and lectured on economics and business law for five years at universities in Central Asia.

Chris joined the STBC team in March 2010. Chris has 26 years in accounting and management experience primarily in the manufacturing industry. She moved to Lincoln City in 2006, and enjoys life at the beach.

Michael joined STBC in May 2009. Michael has over fifteen years of sales and IT Management experience and has owned a small business on the Oregon Coast. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Leadership from Marylhurst University and a Master's Certificate in Psychology. He also has multiple IT Certifications.
