Chief Executive Officer

Job Function

Ann Lewis is the Commercial Real Estate Manager and Chief Executive Officer for the Siletz Tribal Business Corporation. Ann came to this position with over 30 years’ experience in residential and commercial real estate. 25 years in the fee real estate industry and 8 years in the Tribal sector.

Ann was previously employed by the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde as their Commercial Real Estate Director. In that position she gained experience in the Fee to Trust transitions, management of the Tribes’ commercial real estate portfolio and oversight of commercial real estate acquisitions. In addition, she joined the economic development team and began training under the Economic Development Director.

As the STBC Chief Executive Officer Ann continues to manage the Siletz Tribes’ Commercial Real Estate portfolio, oversight of the Siletz Tribal Revolving Credit Program as well as identifying, attracting and supporting business growth and employment opportunities.

Commercial Property Manager

Job Function

Working under the direct supervision of the Siletz Tribal Business Corporation Board of Director Chairman, the Commercial Property Manager (CPM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial portfolio leased to the Tribe or to third parties, marketing and negotiating leases with tenants, managing the short term and long term maintenance of the properties, and overseeing the non-economic development aspects of STBC such as the Revolving Credit Program.

Assistant Property Manager

Job Function

Tracy Garrison, Assistant Commercial Property Manager has been employed by the Siletz Tribal Business. Other positions held at STBC including Office Coordinator/Loan Administrator for the Siletz Revolving Credit Program. Prior to working for STBC she held a position as in the hospitality industry where for nine years she was the Purchasing and Payables Manager.

Tracy's strong work ethic and commitment has made her invaluable to the organization.
