Job Function

Ann Lewis is the Commercial Real Estate Manager and Acting CEO for the Siletz Tribal Business Corporation. Ann came to this position with over 30 years' experience in residential and commercial real estate. 25 years in the fee industry and 8 years in the Tribal sector.

Ann was previously employed by the Confederated tribes of Grand Ronde as their Realty Specialist. In this position she worked with Fee to Trust transitions, real estate acquisitions, and commercial real estate management. She was soon promoted to the Commercial Real Estate Manager and moved from the Lands Management Department to the Economic Development Department. It was there that she joined the economic development team and began training in that area under the guidance of the Economic Development Director.

As the STBC's acting CEO she continues to manage the Commercial Real Estate portfolio, oversight of the Siletz Tribal Revolving Credit Program as well as a member of the Siletz's' economic development Clearing House Board.

Commercial Property Manager

Job Function

Working under the direct supervision of the Siletz Tribal Business Corporation Board of Director Chairman, the Commercial Property Manager (CPM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial portfolio leased to the Tribe or to third parties, marketing and negotiating leases with tenants, managing the short term and long term maintenance of the properties, and overseeing the non-economic development aspects of STBC such as the Revolving Credit Program.

Job Function

Tracy Garrison, Assistant Commercial Property Manager has been employeed by the Siletz Tribal Business Corporation in various positions including Office Coordinator/Loan Administrator for the Siletz Revolving Credit Program. Prior to working for STBC she held a position in the hospitality industry where for nine years she was the Purchasing and Payables Manager.

Tracy's strong work ethic and commitment has made her invaluable to the organization.
