I have specialized in residential foreclosures for over 6 years. In 2008 I started working with my Tribe the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians doing residential repairs and remodels. That relationship grew and in 2010 we signed contracts to build a 19 unit apartment complex in Siletz Oregon. That project was completed 1 month ahead of schedule. In November we signed contracts to build out Tribal Flex space for Aramark Uniform Company. We are currently looking at expanding into more Tribal communities throughout Oregon and Washington.
